Frank Cassas is engaged in a general commercial litigation practice including construction claims and disputes, employment law and real estate disputes. For over 15 years he has served as Arbitrator (Commercial and Large, Complex Construction Case Panel) and construction mediator for the American Arbitration Association. He has represented owners, contractors, developers, public agencies, architects and engineers in construction matters. His law practice has included the development of subdivisions, hotels, office buildings, condominiums and resort developments. Has also represented employers in state and federal court and in arbitration proceedings in many different types of labor and construction industry disputes, including both public and private employers. Mr. Cassas is also counsel to Waste Management regarding all issues of solid waste management in northern Nevada.
