Stefan P. Brutsch concentrates his practice on commercial litigation and employment litigation. His commercial litigation experience primarily includes bankruptcy related litigation, contract disputes and real property litigation. Stefan's employment law litigation experience has focused primarily on defending employers in lawsuits alleging discrimination and wrongful termination.

Stefan graduated with a J.D. degree in 2005 from The George Washington University Law School, where he was a member of the Mock Trial Board executive committee. He also participated in the Federal, Criminal and Appellate Clinic, representing indigent clients seeking relief from criminal convictions before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2002 with a B.A. degree in political science.
